4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup Parmesan cheese
- Beat eggs with 2 T water. Put in pie pan.
- Put flour in pie pan, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and put in another pie pan.
- Flatten chicken with meat mallet between plastic wrap or wax paper.
- Dip in this order. Flour, egg, bread crumb/cheese mixture.
- Fry in butter 5 minutes each side.
